In our Biz Buzz segment, Peter, CaZ, and Colleen ask the question, "Who is the customer?" The answer to this important question is crucial for authors who want to understand the pros and cons of their publishing route. In this segment we each take one publishing route and answer the question as if we are a person in that arena.
In the second segment this week, we introduce a brand-new, recurring segment, a book review by Peter! The new monthly segment will have Peter talk about a favorite recent read by Peter and dives into the book.
